Product details
Pensile Retrattile is a 360° rotation side-arm parasol that covers from 9 m2 to 16 m2. With 6005 high tenacity aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel nuts and bolts, nylon – stainless steel – painted aluminum collars, nylon rib-arm joints that give strength.
The waterproof protected seams (WATER SAFE) give the product waterproofness and prevent its degradation. The crank opening system with oversized winch and stainless steel cable is equipped with special aluminum ball bearings that facilitate sliding.
It is equipped with a quick release system of the ribs (EASY CLICK) which allows easy maintenance. Standard with soft or optional rigid windproof air-vent.
Can be equipped with an advanced waterproof LED lighting system with cable routing inside the parasol consisting of a 100 cm LED bar, warm or cold or RGB light, 24 V power supply and WI-Fi receiver with remote control, battery and dimmer (light intensity adjustment). The LED light can be directed upwards to illuminate the parasol, downwards to illuminate the tables, or partly upwards and partly downwards with integrated lighting and intensity adjustment and can be associated with direct connection to the electric current or with batteries connected in series and cover carter. For use 365 days all year round, it is available with lateral walls applied to the flounces of the parasol with removable hinges (with Velcro) . Available 1500 Watt external heaters with IPX5 waterproof infrared rays. For multiple configurations, is available the union gutter applied with a removable zip and velcro.

Care, Maintenance and Warranty
Parasol Maintenance and Care
A fundamental product for your business or garden will last longer over time with proper maintenance.
When we refer to a professional parasol we must consider the fact that we are talking about a product that will be placed in an outdoor space and subject to wear, therefore special precautions are needed in maintenance and cleaning.
In general, Gaggio recommends:
- Do not proceed with the installation and use of the parasol without first reading the installation and user manual
- If the parasol does not have an installation and user manual, ask Gaggio srl for a copy
- Always have the installation carried out by qualified personnel
- Make sure that the weight of the base (ballast) is always commensurate with the weather conditions, the conditions of the flooring and the size of the parasol. In any case, it is recommended to close the parasol in case of strong wind or in case of adverse weather events.
- Make sure that the parasol is firmly fixed on the base by means of the provided fixing screws
- Do not stay close to the parasol during the opening and closing phases
- Do not approach or direct heat sources directly to the cover cloth
- Close the parasol by releasing the flaps of fabric left inside the structure
- Always tie the parasol with the appropriate belt once closed, avoiding leaving layers of fabric and flounces fluttering in the wind
- Always wear the protective cover when putting the parasol back or when transporting it
- Pay attention during the opening and closing phases that the fabric does not get stuck in the frame and not to hit walls and other objects present
Rain and snow: fabrics treated with waterproofing resins (so-called waterproof) do not constitute an absolute guarantee against rain and bad weather. Water can, in fact, seep through the seams holes. Gaggio srl’s use of special yarns, resins for seams and special processes (WATER SAFE system) considerably reduces the phenomenon but unfortunately does not eliminate it. The waterproofing treatment also manifests a natural decay over time.
